処方薬局の「お薬情報」に「医療用医薬品の添付文書情報」記載を求める運動を！

実は、私は１年ほど前から、ある慢性の炎症を抱えて、メンタルクリニックとは別のクリニックに通っています。そこで出される薬は、生薬を主成分としたもので副作用も少ないため、いちおう安心して飲んでいます。で、最初に処方せんを持ってクリニックの近くの薬局へ行って薬をもらい、家に戻って袋から取り出し、「薬の情報」の紙を見てびっくりしました。普通、向精神薬の場合でも、「眠気を催すので車の運転には注意するように」とか、「アルコールは控えるように」といったような、どうでもいいことだけしか書かれていないのですが、この薬局の説明は副作用情報が全くの白紙なのです！

驚いて視線を下の方へやると、「医薬品についての副作用等に関する情報は、『独立行政法人医薬品医療機器総合機構』（ＰＭＤＡ）の『医薬品・医療機器情報提供ホームページ』http://www.pmda.go.jp/で、調べることができます。」と書いてあります。「医療用医薬品の添付文書情報」が含まれるサイトです。私は向精神薬に限らず、今まで処方薬局から様々な薬をもらってきましたが、このような「お薬情報」は初めて見ました。
それで、次にクリニックで処方せんをもらってその薬局へ行った時、薬剤師に「これはおたく独自のアイデアか」と尋ねてみました。話をした薬剤師が店の主人ではないようで、確かな話は聞けませんでしたが、どうやらそのようです。それで私は、「とてもいいアイデアだ。」と褒めるとともに、もっと積極的に患者にアピールすべきこと、お年寄りなどインターネットに接することのできない患者へは、詳しい副作用情報を口頭で伝えるべきだということ等、私の考えを述べました。
「こういう形で情報が提供されていれば、私は恐ろしい向精神薬を飲むことなど決してなかったでしょう。」もちろんそう言うことも忘れませんでした。
さらにその後、私は岡山県の薬剤師会を訪ね、薬剤師会としてこのような取り組みをするように申し入れてきました。
薬局にこの方式を広めていくのはとてもいいアイデアです。厚労省の指針ですべての処方薬局にこれを義務づけるのがベストですが、まずは自分が通っているクリニックで出される処方せんを持っていく薬局から変えていきましょう。薬剤師ならこの添付文書情報を知らない人はいません。ですから、「医療用医薬品の添付文書情報」と言えばすぐ話が通じると思います。「この薬局でも、『インターネットの医療用医薬品の添付文書情報で副作用の詳しい情報を知ることができます』、とURLとともに情報提供してください。」とリクエストするのです。それで、向精神薬を処方されている患者がひとりでも多く、自分が処方されている薬の恐ろしさを知って、薬を飲まない、薬をやめるきっかけになればいいと思います。
向精神薬に限りません。患者が自分の処方された薬の詳しい情報を得ることは、患者の知る権利に属します。正しい知識を得ることで、患者は自分の服薬の意味を考え、疑問点があれば医師や薬剤師に質問・相談する。そうすれば、不必要でムダな処方が減っていくことでしょう。

What is a 4G proxy?
